Didn’t like how there was no verbal feedback on what was done to my car. Even mentioning that “all went well.”would have been nice. Signed paperwork at a high counter in the hall...not even a desk. My hands were full and I had to find a place to put my things to sign the papers. Very unprofessional. This person, not the service guy that checked me in, told me my car would be delivered shortly. I waited 10 minutes outside on a cold bench. I walked inside to wait and was standing by the door so I could see out. Daven noticed I was standing there and opened the door And made me wait outside. I told him why I was inside. He didn’t care and practically shoved me out the door. I waited another 5 minutes.
