I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told they found a nail or screw in my tire (I’m not sure which because both words were used). I was told the tire was non repairable due to where the screw was. I understand this happens and was fine with that. I was ready to go when they told me the screw had been pulled out and made my tire go completely flat to which I had to wait for them to put on a patch so I could drive my car because it was too late to put a tire on my car. I was completely satisfied with how kind the service people were and how they took care of me, but I am confused by why the screw was removed from my tire and wasn’t given an explanation since by the time I was out it was after closing time.

3 hour wait for a “quick” lane oil change was mildly disappointing BUT THE BIGGER ISSUE is your staff losing the keys to our vehicle before the truck even made it to a service bay. Still waiting on the new key fob to come in which means another 2 hours wasted with after work traffic to bring the truck back in to be rekeyed. Only saving grace was that I had grabbed the secondary set so at least you didn’t lose our house keys too. Tyler was very apologetic about the issue and quickly lined up a loaner vehicle at no charge so I could get home.

It would be nice not to keep having to take the jeep back every couple of months we have had nothing with issues with the pre-owned certified jeep it is the worst vehicle that i have ever owned i would't this this jeep was certified with all the problems we have had with it and we just had to spent another 180.00 dollars not happy with Airpark and will never buy another vehicle from you. Jason has been great through this nightmare.
