My service provider Hugo is the best of the best! He takes care of my cars every needs, and never pushes on services my car doesn’t need. I feel comfortable bringing all my vehicles to him, along with recommending all friends and family to him as well!! I drive all the way across town, just to take my car to Midway because I know I’ll be taken care of.

I left my vehicle with you and when I returned it had a huge crack across the windshield. I was told you take no responsibility for that and to claim it through my insurance. i returned your loaner vehicle with no damage but if it had been returned with a crack windshield I woukd have been responsible for that too on my insurance and not yours. seems like you don't take responsibility for anything which is why i would not recommend you

Laura said she would call me in 30 or 45 min. I checked back a few says later and left a message. No call back. I visited the dealership while I was in the area a couple days after that and left another message... nothing. When I finally was called a few days later I scheduled an appt.
While at the appointment, no one told me anything, would give me an ETA or anything. I also felt like I was a bother the whole time.
