I called George Chacko and scheduled an appointment to have my Jeep serviced at Airpark. I was greeted by George upon my arrival and we went over the services to be performed. He gave me an estimated time frame and I was contacted when my Jeep was ready for pickup. Overall I would rate this as an excellent service experience with George Chacko at Airpark Jeep.

Victor was very nice, polite, and helpful. I usually arrive knowing that it’s going to be a wait and I’m ok with it but this time was different as I needed to pick up my daughter from practice and I was kinda In a time crunch. I mentioned this to him and asked how long it would be, he explained that normally it is and hour to an hour and half wait but that he would see what he could do to help me and he sure did deliver. Just as he notified me that my car was done my daughter was calling me to let me know that practice was over so I was able to pick her up, wow was I relieved and very grateful. Also, while I was waiting he was able to provide me with a list of prices for tires that was perfect to bring home to my husband to look over. I must say I was very satisfied with my experience and service today. These are the things that make me want to continue to get my service done here.
