Took too long and pricing wasn’t up front. I asked for full synthetic 0-40 (as I read is now the recommended oil for LT1 engine from a GM press release) and was told “ok $70 is base price for synthetic so probably will cost somewhere between there and $115” then I was given a statement hours later for $160 which seems unreasonably steep for an oil change and is much above the verbal estimate I was given.

Today has been by far the worse service I have had when dealing with the service center. My appointment was for 8 am but I was able to bring in my vehicle earlier which I was able to leave for service. I spoke to Kenneth and we went over what my vehicle needed and what I also wanted checked out. Over 4 hrs later and me trying to get an update in regards to my car I was finally told that Kenneth would check with the technician to see what he saw as far as my request. The total lack of communication and truly unlike Nissan service has left a poor taste in my mouth. My normal rep is johnathan but he was off today and I feel like next time I will just wait for him to be available of schedual for a day he will be in.

Communication is key in business and Hugo Sanchez just did not come through with communication at all and pretty much left everything up to everyone else and in the process of that left us hanging in the wind wondering what was going on with our truck we were told the truck will be finished early this morning And here it is 7 o’clock 730 and we are now just getting to go pick up our truck very dissatisfied with the service that was provided to us.
