I scheduled an appointment through the quick lane to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my F150. Upon arrival, I was told that the service would take 2 hours. This seemed excessive but I decided to wait it out. 2 1/2 hours later my pickup was still not ready so I had them go find my vehicle and left before the service was completed. While I am glad that i was able to convince the service department to not charge me, I will likely never bring my vehicles back for service.

I paid $260 for my truck to be serviced after the check engine light went on. The light went back on within 10 minutes of me leaving the parking lot after being fixed.
Not to mention the light went on within a week of purchasing the truck from this dealership. I just never had a chance to bring it in with my work schedule.

Nobody came out to help us when we got there. Sheilah noticed us while working with another customer, greeted us & went to grab somebody to help us since she was working with somebody.
