I called two weeks ago for a key fob, but they forgot to order it. Once it finally came in they took 3 hours to program it to my car. However, they couldn’t program the key that came with it. Now I have to go back on Friday and leave my car at the dealership.

I got a status text saying just waiting in keys from car wash and cane to dealership. Waiting an hour and a half to find out they now need to check the latch on the sunroof because they forgot to look at this apparently the entire time my car was there and I wait another hour and get another status text waiting on wash?? I approached John and he said there was a long line and my car was next in like to be washed. I asked why I got a txt 3 hours ago saying you were waiting for me keys?? I told him I don’t need a wash that bad and I was tired of waiting and he got my car out of the wash line and pulled it up and guess what..it was already washed!! Your wait times are crazy especially if you have an appointment

Service associate was friendly and job was done in the timeframe quoted. He was nice and professional. However a basic function was not done my oil indicator was not reset, pretty basic considering I came in for an oil change. I also received a car wash and the car was not wiped down. I know it’s a free service, but it lacked quality and that can say a lot. I thought they would of at least wiped it down. My expectation must of been set high as I went to the Chapman dealership in Scottsdale and they did the same exact service, but totally different outcome, indicator reset, car washed, wiped down and vacuumed.
