Very dissatisfied and disappointed with today’s visit. I went with the intention of getting 1 tire fixed because a nail was lodged in. Nisan wanted me to buy 4 new tires! A big purchase like that needs to be planned. The tires were only 2 years old purchased at Nissan Cerritos!!! Only 24k miles on them. Very dissatisfied with the lack of warranty on tires. Impossible for me to keep purchasing 4 tires every 2 years. Went home with the nail in the tire. Not fixed.

I’ve taken my car here many times and this was the only time I haven’t been satisfied with my visit. For two main reasons. 1) my tech came to tell me that my car was finished and he’d be back in a couple minutes to have me sign some paperwork and pay. And hour later he had still not come back. So I just walked into the garage bay and asked for my car. It was sitting ready to go. Someone just forgot to come get me. 2) once I got in my car, my keys were not in it. I went back inside to ask about them and they didn’t know where they were and had to go find them.

The Fuse #27 repair is an obvious Ford recall item and I am surprised they have not been sued regarding it. Grapevine Ford certified this vehicle to me when I purchased knowing this was an issue and putting me and my family at risk. I was not willing to pass on that risk to the young couple and kids I am selling truck to. Grapevine Ford charged me an inflated part and install labor cost on something that should have been completed at part and labor cost at most—-gouging on a cost I am absorbing to protect the dealership.
