As usual George Chako was a great service advisor. Sean the service manager was very helpful and solved the issue I was dealing with. Thank you to both of them. I do have one question. If they had to replace a gasket and they had to drain the oil to fix the issue was why I charged the full amount for an oil change? I get the cost of the oil filter, but why the oils since they had to add oil after the repair.
