BRIAN GUILLEN has excellent customer service skills!!! I was offered different options and not pressured. He surpassed my expectations and now I will return next week with my 2nd vehicle.

When I declined further service he kept insisting I needed it to the point of pressuring me. I told him I had a mechanic if I needed the fluid changed and he insulted the mechanic saying obviously he didn’t care about my car (something to that effect). Worst treatment I’ve ever received at Cerritos Nissan.
After declining further service Kenneth seemed cold and impersonal.
Btw - service was fine.

Victor R Morales Is one of the most respectful people I have met in a long time. I have always been completely satisfied with Debbie and when the mechanic I only know as milkman has had to fixed in some cases major problems with an older vehicle. they are not even fazed by some of the complicated messes I have presented them with. I only want to deal with them when I need experts to help me get back on the road and rolling again. I would like to add that everyone in the service area are friendly and it is not an act it comes across as genuine, finally I used to always deal with Vincel Buick and came to Chevrolet when the Vincel’s sold out and have been coming ever since mainly because of Debbie and Milkman and may I add your location is a little out of my way

When I went home on the lyft you provide and came back there was a huge scratch on both sides of my vehicle I am very angry and upset at the way I my new truck was handled. Paint was removed from my truck and it as not been fixed this happen on Thursday 12/5/19

Kept the truck for 3 days. Didn’t get a wash or zaktek as they repaired the rear window leak. Didn’t apply the oil change coupon initially. I had to ask Beau who checked me out. The oil change percent wasn’t reset. There were shavings left inside after the rear window repair. The high price of the oil change going forward is a concern.
