Called in. Problem with my truck. It was in need of a battery due to not working correctly. I was told to go in so they could change the battery. I got there and I was directed to. Sales person to take care of me while they worked on my truck. After 3 hrs am finally told that they didn’t have any batteries in stock. I was so mad due to the fact that I was told 1 thing and ended up being a total lie and a BIG WASTE of time!!! It’s like if the Sale person knew that there was no battery but test tried his best to make a sale while they didn’t do anything to my truck!! Like really after 3 hours of being there your going to tell me that there’s no batteries in stock! That was the last time I will be going to Nissan in Cerritos for any issues that might come up with my truck! I pretty much left with the same problem I showed up with!

It is not anything Josh did, but, that was the second time I have had my truck in for a valve stem leak, and the tire is still loosing air. I am waiting on a return phone call from Josh to resolve this problem. I am tired of putting air in my 2018 F350!

I sought after the Service Manager after my last visit to share my experiences with Airpark Service which I will repeat here. Derrick Parra is an asset to your service department. I have been coming to Airpark because of Derrick since I met him. He is knowledgeable, courteous, honest and forthright. He does what he says he is going to do. Today, in this customer service era in which we live, you are lucky to have a person who possesses these qualities managing the service your customers receive. As a skittish, first-time Chrysler owner, Mr. Parra has put me at ease about your product when at times I grew very uncomfortable with my purchase. Each time I came for service over the two years I've owned my Pacifica I grew more comfortable with my purchase and that is solely because Derrick was managing the service I received. My experience with Chrysler is very good only because Derrick Parra has managed my van's service and taken care of me as an agent of the company. Joel H

The service was conveniently scheduled and upon arrival was introduced to my service advisor, Evan, and given an estimated time of completion which was met. I chose to wait and was made comfortable in the lounge with refreshments. As always my sales manager, Ted Bokhari, noting that I had a service appointment came to the lounge to greet me and ensure my satisfaction with my car and services. In all the time I’ve been a Lexus customer Ted has made himself available to me for any need and with every service. It doesn’t get any better than this anywhere. It is an excellent dealership and each and every person ensures that standard of quality and customer appreciation is always the highest.
