I came in without an appointment on a Saturday even though I knew your service dept. would be slammed. We were desperate, my daughter needed my car and our time was short, we were having a problem with the power seat on the driver side and had to get it fixed so my daughter could drive the car. It was 2:00 pm and we could see that every service bay was full with even more cars waiting for an opening knowing full well that you were only open till 4:00 pm due to an employee Christmas party that evening. In spite of how grim our chances looked, Victor clearly and concisely conveyed his plan to us including a detailed timeline. He then proceeded to execute EXACTLY what he said keeping us informed as to what the service tech’s findings were. The car was fixed even sooner than we had hoped and we were both so happy to be on our way!

Although service was pretty busy, Daniel paced himself very well. He listened to my concerns and kept me well informed of the status of vehicle. While I understand that the service department isn’t always going to to have everything in supply for all vehicles, I will now have to make a second trip back to the service department for parts to my truck. I’m not mad, just inconvenienced. They apologized for said inconvenience and were very polite about it. Such is life.

They kept my car overnight which wasn’t what I planned for, they didn’t offer a loaner. When I asked they told me I’d have to pay for it (which I hadn’t had to before). I went to look at Jeep’s (I’m looking to buy a new car), I walked the whole lot and not one person asked if I needed help. I got a ride from a friend and at the end of the day they said it would have to get looked at the next day. If they We’re unable to take care of it an appt for the next day should have been recommended. Usually they wash it and do the free 60 pt (?) inspection, neither of those were done.
