Disappointed however because I had a question about the power steering on the T-Bird and I can understand that Tyler may not have had any knowledge about the subject but when I went to the service manager booth to question him he too had no knowledge and suggested that I get it diagnosed by a technician of course for a fee. I would think he would be knowledgable enough give some info on the subject or at least ctc the mechanic to query him. I have had this T-Bird since 2003 and also a couple of Toyota's and when I go to Freeman about a question of concern they always make a special effort to give me answer. I guess this is why for daily workhorse drivers Toyota is my choice. I will check with 5 star Ford in Haltom City as they were more helpful in situations as this and guess that is why I need use them in the future even though they are a little further away. That being said Tyler was great.

In the sixteen months I have owned this car I have brought it to you for 17 different problems. You have fixed 1. The other 16 I have been told you cannot duplicate the problem. I am so tired of hearing this. You rave about how great your service is, I really cannot see how that is true. This car has a serious problem that no one wants to address. I will writing a letter to your general manager Pat Lustig regarding your inability to fix this car.
