Aaron was great. Only issue was with tech that did tire rotation. Picked up the vehicle and had a warning light for 2 tires with low air, so had to make a stop and put air in the tires. Tech should have checked the air pressure when doing the rotation.

I never once spoke with Robert Solis, my supposed service guy. When I arrived I had to wait about five minutes before somebody asked who I was looking for as I stood outside Roberts door. Hugh came in and got me set up. Then five hours later, for a job that should’ve only taken three hours I received a call from Hugh again letting me know my car was done. When I arrived to pick up my car again had to wander around looking for Robert-went to customer service, Who advised me any of the guys out there could help me so I went to the first booth and they played dumb and then said Robert was in his booth so I walked over and Robert was NOT in his booth, guess who showed up again, HUGH checked me out and got me on the road again thank you Hugh you did a wonderful job, don’t know anything about Robert. Then this morning I end up with low air in one of my tires and you guys rotated my tires and the sensors are off now, so I had to try three tires before I got to the one that was low. If you can’t do a tire rotation and complete the job you shouldn’t do it. Now I have to come back in to have you guys reset the sensor I don’t have time for this nonsense
