I left my truck on a Tuesday morning and called the following Tuesday morning, one full week and was told they still needed to troubleshoot the problem. It’s a simple suspension issue that makes a popping noise. Wasted a ton of my time. This was also after a repair for the same thing previous that stopped the squeak but not the pop.

Sheila was wonderful (I'd give her a 10+)even though I have some issues with the dealership. When I returned home I did a search about Zaktek and the vast majority of the comments were very negative and said it was just another way for the dealership to make money at little cost to themselves and no choice to the customer.

The tech could not find the fault even with video evidence showing the car suddenly shutting off in the middle of the road for no apparent reason. My research shows this is a common problem for some Nissan cars and Nissan has a habit of just ignoring the problem. which is what happened to me when I went,twice. I'll be looking into legal action because should anything happen to me or anybody else in the car while we are driving it, it will be Nissan fault

It wasn't so much the representative, but the policy that Nissan has towards truly caring and helping their customers. We twice brought back a car that is suddenly shutting off on its own in the middle of driving it. Nissan techs could not find the problem, despite the fact that we have video evidence of it happening. Instead we were given the shoulder shrug and told there wasn't much we could do about it. So now I am taking legal action because NISSAN will take responsibility should anything happen to me or anybody else while In the car.
