The inspection of recently bought used 2013 Toyota RAV 4 took almost 3 hours to identify the Bluetooth issue. I dropped car on Friday at 1:00pm and service guy told at 4:00pm that the radio has issue. The car was advertised and sold with Bluetooth connection and navigation. The owner has paid the full price without any negotiation. Since day one of purchase the Bluetooth and navigation is not working. This issue should be fixed immediately without asking questions or asking owner to visit Toyota dealer. There is no question of warranty as the car was advertised with Bluetooth and navigation. I am dropping my car tomorrow again. Please fixed the Bluetooth and navigation issue. You are a reputed dealer in town pls fix the issue and make the car fully functional as per advertised during the sale. Thanks, Pravin D

Mid-way would not let me see the diagnostics test results. Therefore mid way was able to charge me 725:00 dollars. For a problem I believe was not true. By the way this is the second visit. They told me the thermostats were bad. I believe this to be untrue. There was no indication of overheating or engine not warming up. As soon as I picked up the truck the first time glow plug 3 was bad I agreed. They also said Nox sensor was bad . These are covered under special warranty.this happened on Dec. 4th. Picked up truck on the 5th. Drove truck for a day and a half maybe twoThe service engine light came on again. Took it back and Hugo Sanchez told me to bring it back on Friday the 13th of Dec. I took truck in at 7 am. Before I took the truck in I took it back too auto zone. They said it was NOx sensor again. So after I picked up truck again on the14th . With in 4 to 5 hours service Engine light came on again. Monday the 16th of Dec. I am taking truck back in. I believe there is a possibility of fraud going on. My service representative was not in as scheduled. When someone assisted me, there was no record but Hugh came to my rescue. There were several things which I asked for but they were not taken care of. I asked for my windshield wipers to be exchanged they weren't. I asked for my tires to be rotated and they were not. I am missing screws from my tires. My car was half washed. This to say the least was one of the worst. ????
