Great experience except for the area to get the loner cars for the day. That area is under staffed with only one person handling the customers. I recommend 2 or more associates handling this area.

It was great to work with Rimmel! I am happy to finally have a dealership that leverages technology to improve the customer experience. When I showed up for my oil change, Rimmel knew that I had bought my truck from Airpark and that I had purchased the oil change package. Seems little, but it makes a big difference as prior dealers never got this part right.

When I brought my truck in for normal service I reminded the service writer that the last two times I picked up my vehicle the service department had rotated the tires but then did not adjust the tire pressure correctly for the front and back settings which both times resulted in extra work for me the next day - he indicted that he would make sure this did not happen again - but sure enough ten minutes out of the shop the low pressure light came on for the front tires which were previously the rear tires at 44 vs being Inflated to the required 55. Three service appointments in a row this frustrating error has occurred due to a complete lack of quality control over the work being done.
