Jorge has done an amazing job in making sure my car was in caring hands. My over all experience with midway though has not been great. My last service adviser was not very helpful and my truck came back with scratches and dents after an oil change. They were fixed and I came to pick up the truck to find another scratch. I asked for the two recalls on the brakes to be done. I picked up the truck and all seemed well. Two weeks later I was in an accident due to the failure of the brake peddle. Come to find out only one of the two recalls were fixed. I have since bought a gen 6 camaro and Jorge is the only person allowed to help me with it. If he ever leaves I will find another dealership to take care of my car.

Alfredo is awesome. My oil change and tire rotation was completed in less than one hour. I would like to point out, once again, these surveys are complete **** because if I rate the experience anything less than outstanding, Alfredo gets blamed. My service advisor Jason V. was not very professional and actually extremely rude during the last service. granted I think he was put in a bad position trying to do another party involved a favor under the radar, he should not talk to or treat a customer the way he treated me. Up until this date and this happened over a week ago, he still has not returned any of my calls or text messages(he asks to be contacted via text message). Very poor and sad that someone who spend almost $50K for a Jeep at your location is probably going to need to look elsewhere for service.
