I arrived a few minutes after my 2:00 appointment. Someone from the service department Pages Bea. After over 15 minutes of sitting in my car. I again asked a service person if I was going to be helped. They stated they would page bea again. At 2:30 I went to another service person and they helped check me in. As I was waited for my lyft driver to take me home. I told the service manager I was disappointed with waiting. He approached me as I was getting into the Lyft. She did apologize. And said she had not heard that she was paged. At 5:45 that night I had not yet heard any update on my vehicle. So I called to find out the status. They said bea was gone. They could try and find some notes. And all they could tell me was that it had been assigned to a technician. But not yet run diagnostics . Early the next morning they called to tell me they were going to check with my warranty company and see if everything was covered. She said it would be a half hour or so. 90 minutes later I called back to see the status. Fortunately the service and parts were covered by my warranty. Beas said she would arrange for a rental car with enterprise across the street. When I got to enterprise. They said it would just take a few minutes for the order to come through. After a while the enterprise agent checked with me and said it would be a few moments till my car was ready. He said that when bea sent the order over there was no date entered. So he had to call and rectify that oversight. Enterprise is great. This was my first time at Midway Chevrolet. And I would not return based on this experience . Bea I did offer to provide a free oil change in the future. Her attempt at service recovery. She told me to just call her when I was ready for the oil change. Very disappointed

Struggling first to figure out why the new truck we bought from you has different size spare. It is 4wd and have never seen one with different size tires as it will tear up your 4wd being different size. Secondly they argued with my wife about the tire pressure being low due to cold weather versus a leak.

Everything is explained upfront, service is done in a timely manner, my vehicle is washed and Andrew goes out of his way to ensure I am totally satisfied with my experience at Grapevine Ford.
