first time there today. I wasn't impressed. the service person I had an appointment with wasn't there when I arrived for my appointment so someone else eventually acknowledged my existence and helped me. I expressed a concern regarding my vehicles transmission and was immediately told that they wouldn't be able to fix it. seemed like a strange response considering I was at a ram service with a ram vehicle. I also had a question regarding something with the uconnect in my vehicle and he was clueless. straight deer in headlights. So after about 6 hours of my vehicle being held hostage I called to see the status of my oil change. The receptionist couldn't reach anyone so she said she would go out and check and call me back immediately. she never called back. 30 minutes later I called again and just got an answering machine. Anyway, after 7 hours for an oil change I was called and told my truck was ready. Once I paid my bill and got back to my truck it was dripping with water but the truck wasn't clean. It was like they washed part of the truck and ignored the rest. All in all it was just a strange experience filled with incompetence and poor communication. The dealership experience at any dealer is always miserable so I generally do my vehicle maintenance elsewhere but due to my vehicle having an issue and still being under factory warranty I had hoped that the issue could be fixed.

I love bringing my car in to this shop. I've had bad experiences at the dealership I bought my car at but your employees here make up for that and then some! Everyone is so accommodating and understanding. Keep up the good work!

Thankfully I had shopped the car at a different dealer this week, who did a brief rundown of the features during the test drive. While I was offered an option to test drive at Grapevine, no mention was made if I had any questions on how to operate the car. So...I'll spend the next few days learning the basics. Also, I'm bringing the car back in tomorrow due to defective tail light and to have the driver window check for excessive wind noise. Other than that all good.

After having my vehicle reach the dealership, I was called and informed that they couldn’t look at the electrical problem until 1/6. Since I wasn’t given a loner, due to the dealership not having one, the person on the phone asked if I was ok going without my vehicle for the next 3 weeks. Since I can’t go 3 weeks without my vehicle, they returned my Corsair and setup another appointment for 1/13. Hopefully, this appointment actually accomplished something and isn’t a complete waste of my time. This wasn’t the white glove service described to me upon my purchase. Defective electrical, no loners, and a 3 week wait, is not white glove.

This was the second time I brought my truck in for the same two issues under warranty and only one of the issues was fixed. Your technicians could not duplicate my issue even after I showed video of it occurring so they did not fix it.
