Jason Valadez is a great service manager. My issue is with Jeep products in the fact that the people in service don’t always address the issue. I told Jason on the first time the car was and that I would need a new radio. The radio was calibrated supposedly but my stations were fixed the time was off and then the screen went blank after I receive the car back. This last time it went in Jason let me know that a new radio would have to be ordered and there’s no ETA for it. I’m very dissatisfied that I have to keep

I got my vehicle back in a reasonable time and it was fixed right the 1st time. The price was a little off but that was EASLY taken care of!!! This was the first time that I was properly taken care of at this dealership!!! Josh was someone that I can continue to do business with!!!
