I received a quote for the total service of an oil change and zaktek paint protection or whatever it is for 4 hours. Roughly two hours later I get a call saying my vehicle was done. Jesse orders me a Lyft and was picked up. Upon getting there I was told they would get my car and it would take about 5 mins. 10 mins in I see the lot tech that was assigned the task of getting my car at least 3 times. Apparently they had misplaced my keys. 30 mins later come to find out the guy that does the paint protection has left for the at 2pm (mind you my appointment was made at 2pm a few days in advanced). The keys ended up with them. Another lot tech came up and asked if I want to reschedule or wanted them to do it now? I asked how long does it take? He stated 30 mins, however Jesse comes up and asks me the same question and I also asked him how long it would take. He tells me “I’ll have you out of here in 5 mins”. It just really makes me wonder if the application of the protective coat was even done and if it was why the lengthy quote. Originally I had no problem being told 4 hours but then bring me in two hours early to lose my keys as well as not have the other half of service done is what really got to me.

I got the end result I wanted but it took a month to even get to where they were going to do the work and a horn is a necessary thing if a car is coming into your lane or doing something wreck less around you also I wasn’t really updated about the progress of the vehicle really and wasn’t really thrilled with the loan car
