This was the worst detail job that I have ever gotten in my life. There was still dirt all over my wheels and bumpers. Then the interior Looked like it wasn’t even cleaned at all. I spent over 3 hours re-detailing my entire truck. I drove 45 minutes away after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and am beyond unimpressed. I’m surprised your service department is even still in business when your competing against dealers like 5-star ford.

I bought my car brand new one year ago, i have seen this dealership with technical problems 4 times since I’ve had it. I took it in on Friday they called me back saying “We replaced your batteries but have no idea why your car is not turning on.” I picked my car up yesterday and the service was horrible, no one knew what was going on with my car. They called me to say it’s ready to be picked up, and today not even a day later i get an ALERT message on my dash saying my car is going to shut off & my engine light came on as well. I just don’t understand why i buy a brand new car and barely drive it and it has so many problems due to the technology. I’m super upset that i have to come back today Dec. 24,2019 to drop my car off for the second time in a WEEK. I’m not usually like this, but it’s a brand new car it shouldnt be breaking down like a used car, mostly when i take care of it very well. ****-****-xxxx i would like a call thank you
