My service advisor was Hassan. He was nice, prompt, and kept me informed. However, this would be the last time I am visiting South County Lexus. During my last recall service I left a pink jacket in a loaner. I contacted the service advisor immediately but he couldn’t locate it. I follow up several times during the same only to be given a run around. The jacket was never to be found. This time my wife forgot her platinum necklace with a small heart pendant in the front cup holder. I picked up the car at around 6:15 pm. It is now around 10pm and we just realized we needed to retrieve the necklace. My wife’s fear came true when she thought the necklace would be “gone.” We searched all over the car but it’s no where to be found. We are certain the necklace was left in the cup holder because my wife specially remembered putting it there on Saturday night when she was wear a dress that didn’t really match the necklace. The necklace is the last memento from my deceased mother. I am extremely disappointed with what happened. Of all the places I would least expected it to be lost in our own car at a Lexus dealership. I don’t expect much from your dealer just as nothing was done with the lost jacket the previous time.

I waited three hours for the transmission fluid in my car to be changed/tested after receiving a notice that the previous service may have used transmission fluid with irregularities. I was told it would be two hours. It was just an excessive wait time.

Our service attendant Brian was very helpful & explained all that needed to be serviced to my rogue for the mileage it had & our key batteries to changed & explain of thing with phone on vehicle & different things on vehicle, he had to explain twice bcuz husband is hard of hearing, very helpful employee, very good service from Cerritos Nissan.
