Derrick and the techs were great. They solved the mysterious wandering steering issue. The dealership I bought my Jeep at could not figure it out and actually told me everything was fine with the steering. Derrick test drove the vehicle with the tech and realize that the steering was not okay. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to diagnose the issue correctly. Thanks for everything!

My advisor Isaac was great as usual. However, the issue of my steering wheel being off centered since the tire balance service has not been resolved although everything runs normal. I’m a perfectionist and it bothers me that my steering wheel is off centered. I’ll try to live with it for now.
