Evan did a great job of working with our difficult third party warranty company. I appreciated his tenacity and patience with the process of getting the work approved. My only pause in the overall experience was when I picked up the car... There was visible grease on the paint around the exterior seal of the sunroof, along with some sort of overspray on the passenger side doors, and a strong odor inside the car. I asked the young man who brought out the car and gave me my key about the grease and he said it would wear off and was fine. I guess I just expected the car to be clean and free from grease/residue from the repair. Otherwise, Evan and the actual repairs were all great... Thank you!

We’ve purchased 2 vehicles, we’ve had a few incidents where there’s been hiccups that have cost us money and each time Airpark chooses to charge us the money. Why can’t Airpark do the right thing by the customer? The reason I won’t recommend is Airpark choose to make more money than demonstrating loyalty to customers.
