The reason for 10/10 is I was really well taken care of by my service rep Hassan.
He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that the customer receives valued service. Hassan gave me all the options for battery service - replacement vs charging. I did not feel that he was trying to sell. What I experienced was he gave me the best option and I was able to decide.
He has always a friendly smile and always eager to help keeping client as a priority.

Really disappointed and dissatisfied with today’s service. When I received-the call from your dealer to offer me the oil change I was told a price and when I arrived at the dealer I was being charge something completely different price.
Kenneth Vasquez was the person that was supposed to be helping me, he was rude, not helpful or cordial at all, he didn't even want to give me the complementary Uber ride I was promise at the time I made the appointment. He also told me that if I was provided with a complementary ride to work I would have to find a way to get back to dealer to pick up my car. Due to all these I decided not to leave my car for service I was given a false price and I received a horrible customer service. I know we’re not a regular customer but we do bring our car for oil changes. Definitely not coming back to you guys in the future! I hope this comment is read and taken into consideration for the good of your dealership. My experience will be posted on yelp for other people to be aware of the type of employee Kenneth Vasquez is.
