The whole process was irritating. Issues say they were addressed but still not fixed. Truck is still having the same issues I have now taken it in TWICE for. I have no been contacted to ask how my truck is doing either. Very frustrated.

My service adviser experience was beyond pleasant. I want all appts to be scheduled by Jonathan. My suv was purchased at your store 11 12 2019. My suv is still beeping daily after being off now for one hour and while driving. To tell me it's letting me know the car is on is not acceptable. A mgr should look into this matter. I can't be the only one who has had this problem. I am dissatisfied with the outcome it's nerve recking to hear this beeping while driving.

I don't believe they did what they said was done and if they did, it was a horrible job. There was a lot of bird poop on the side of the truck. It was STILL there. I took pictures of it before and after. What a waste of time and money!

I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this location nor purchasing a vehicle from you again. I do not appreciate being dismissed when I had questions about my bill, which was wrong, because I am female. I highly doubt my husband would have been dismissed, treated or spoken to the way I was today. I have 2 college degrees & an IQ of 140 which is 2 college degrees & 40 points more than anyone I interacted with today. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was off today. That was clearly evident.....
