I have serious concerns about the service I have received at Airpark Jeep. I brought my vehicle in several months ago because I had an oily leak and they told me it was just condensation. It kept leaking, and I was worried. I didnt believe it was condensation, but they assured me this was true. They said they checked everything and found no leak. Later I took it to have the oil changed at Jiffy Lube and they told me I did have a leak from my transmission lines. I brought it back and Airpark Jeep finally discovered the leak and repaired it which took all week. Jason told me I should have had my transmission replaced. We purchased it brand new in June and I have slightly over 7000 miles. I don't understand why I have such serious mechanical issues with my car's transmission. I am very surprised that Airpark Jeep did not offer to replace my transmission since Jason said that would be what I needed. Jason said the reason they didn't replace it is because it would have taken 6 months to get a transmission so instead they repaired the leak. He asked if I wanted to wait 6 months. I don't believe a brand new car should have these types of serious issues with the transmission. I would have expected your dealership to replace the transmission instead and make it right. Im very worried I'm going to have another issue with it in the future.I want a new transmission put in my car because it is defective. I should have been given the option to have the transmission replaced. I would like you to review the situation including the 1st time I brought the car in for repair several months ago and make it right. Thank you.
