Everyone I worked with (including Daniel) were excellent. Had a delay because of the extended warranty but Daniel was on top of it. If the new front suspension components don’t fall off the first week we’ll definitely come here again for future service and repair needs ????

I had issues my previous trip Robert took the time to listen to my issues went above and beyond to handle my concerns showed me everything on my truck that was due that had been done and made sure I had the best service for her previous person and B was terrible went over nothing with me and left me stranded in Dallas after she confirmed I was going to have a safe trip prior to that I had Nic and he was awesome I feel Robert will give me that top-notch service I cannot say enough about him and my trip this last time makes me want to keep coming back to him thank you

I like Rimmel, but I’m not sure about your technicians, my truck is still having the same problem I brought it in for, it was ok for about 45 minutes, then the same problem reappeared.. I understand sometimes this happens, but I’m not happy about having to bring it back to get fixed again, especially considering what I was charged for this...
