I would rate my experience an 8/10. David at check-in was friendly and took care of us quickly. The dealership facilities were beautiful and the refreshments and snacks were appreciated. However, the inspection took much longer than the 1 hour estimate we were given and we had to reach out for a status update. When we went to pick up the car, we were asked to sign paperwork without being walked through what work was being recommended. After we asked, we were given an explanation, but there was no itemized estimate. We had to ask for a quote. We’re used to getting a detailed estimate that shows the cost for parts and labor from other dealerships.

Michael “Rico” Doyan is such a sweetheart, when my Jeep broke down, he personally volunteered to get his hands dirty, place them ever so gently on my rear end and give me that push I needed. And when my tail pipe blew a dirty cloud on him, all he did was smile the biggest smile, as if he enjoyed it. This time however all I needed was an oil change. He was so busy. I felt bad for asking for a chassis lube too. He reassured me that I did not require one as my chassis looked good to him. When the deed was done, I tried to pay in White Castle coupons but Rico said he would get into trouble again. Good times
