Personnel as always was delightful. Very attentive when I drove up. But I purchased a certified used car from South County a few months ago. Upon arriving home I called back to let my sales agent know that the car had a very strange odor coming from it. When I Start my car there is a terrible odor that comes out of the air conditioning unit that last for about five minutes and unless I roll down all of the windows it remains in the car and it’s overwhelming. I think the person before me may have been a smoker or a cigar smoker. I asked the person that was helping me with my Zytek Coding if the service department would take a look at what could be causing this terrible odor. I love the car and I take exceptional care of it but every time I walk up to it I dread turning it on knowing The smell is going to blast me in the face. After less than an hour my car was back to me which I appreciated the quickness but I was told that the service department couldn’t find the reason for the smell. I think if they had taken a little more than an hour of their time maybe dug a little deeper they would’ve figured out why I am having this disappointing experience with my vehicle. The car was clean when it was returned and it looks like the new coating went on well
