This was my first visit to Grapevine Ford ever. Bryan did a great job greeting me and listening to the concerns I had in regards to a couple of TSBs I wanted to have completed on my F150. I explained to Brian that I wanted the PCM reprogram to fix an oil consumption issue I had been concerned about. Brian got my truck in quickly and later updated me that there was a newer TSB that includes a free oil change! I appreciate Brian’s professionalism and no B.S. answers to my questions. I usually get mild anxiety any time I go in for service repairs. Not today. It’s great to see employees working in Service that are educated and professional. Usually the Sales dept are over the top but Service dept lacks in comparison. Not the case here at all. I will be coming back for future service and will consider buying a new vehicle through Grapevine Ford based off of my experience today. Thank you.

I contacted the dealer and explained I was seeking an oil change for my ZL1 Camaro. I was told the dealer was running a special for $59.00 for my car. Upon arriving I was given a different price of approximately $100.00 with the explanation my car takes a specific Mobil 1 oil and not full synthetic.
The sales receipt states the oil used was full synthetic.
Typical dealer practices... Bait and Switch.
Your phone representative should not have quoted any pricing and when I arrived and the pricing changed your dealership should have eaten the difference based on your mistake.
