The service that Evan provided was a 10 however upon return of my vehicle the passenger mirror was pointed towards the sky and I cannot get it to move up or down :( I have notified Evan to have it notated in my service notes so upon return it can be addressed. Thx, MATTHEW B

Andrew was polite and willing to help. I did, however, have an issue with the service team leader/manager refusing to fix my issue under my warranty. When Andrew tried to get my issue approved it was denied by Aaron, the service manager. Aaron was dismissive and lacked costumer service as his top priority! My car is less than a week old and needed be aligned. He said since my wheels were aftermarket he would have to charge me. He continued to lecture me and about how he had to cover himself in case there was any other issue causing my car to get out of alignment. I had the aftermarket wheels put on by a different Ford dealership! I would also think that if there was in fact something else wrong it should be checked out to make sure the Ford product was functioning properly as BRAND NEW CAR! I am a business owner and understand the concept of doing what is right for the costumer even when I have to go outside of what the technicalities and policies are. I drove over 500 miles to buy my car at another Ford dealership. With the service that was given to me by Aaron, I did not regret the extra miles and effort I made. In the end, Mr Dickson, the operations manager, heard the situation and made it right. Mr Dickson took care of the alignment without a charge because he knew, not only was it the right thing to do, but he would have a return customer. I truly hope this comment has helped for future costumer service situations for Aaron.
