Just a question...when I called in to set up an appointment for my 30,000 mile maintenance service, I was given a 10am appt. I was told that it could take up to 3-hrs. However, I didn’t receive a call back till 5:30pm that my Jeep was ready for me to pick. If your dealership provides appointment times, is there a reason why my service took over 7-hours? I had to arrange a ride for the next morning to come back to dealership to pick up my Jeep. (As I live approximately 30-minutes away.

I used to be a customer at Sands Chevrolet Glendale before becoming one at Midway Chevrolet.
I recently got my oil changed at Midway and wasn't so satisfied. Sands Chevrolet used to change my oil, wash and vacuum out my vehicle. They even used to lay down courtesy paper mats. Midway didn't even wash or vacuum.. I guess that's the procedure but, paper mats would have been nice..
That's the only down fall I have experienced so far and hope the last as well. Other then that I have had some good experiences as well... thank you

Jeep broke down I had it towed two Chrysler Jeep dealer in Scottsdale I am on an extended warranty for three years just bought the Jeep practically begged them to loan me a car on a day I had the jeep towed there I am covered for a loaner car never did get the loaner car now they don't want to deliver my Jeep to me after they fixed it just a big smear
