I spoke with Victor this morning, at which time he said that he would email me a copy of the diagnostic paperwork for my truck. After waiting several hours I called back because I never received the email. When I called back the second time Victor advised me that he could not send me the diagnostic paperwork for my truck because I didn't bring it to your shop, it was brought in by a collision repair shop. I understand if that's your policy, even though I may disagree with it, but the least he should have done was pick up the phone and call me to let me know. Instead he let me wait for him all afternoon, and when I called back, he was rude about it. I was far from impressed with his customer service skills

Only issue I have is I made an appointment for 12:30 told them I was staying with the car. When I checked in for the oil change and inspection I was told it would be 2 hours. Why make an appointment? Always have had my car maintenance done there where in purchased it. Never had to wait 2 hours.
