Brought my car in for engine misfire and left with a 1300 dollar repair estimate. The steering was fine no issues till it went in shop came out in worse condition than was when it went in. Took three days to fix misfire and then returned it to me with steering out. Not very happy at all

I dont have an issue with Kenneth in site he is just following rules. I just dont like the lack of transparency when doing service to the car. Overall I've had nothing but a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership since I got my car 3 1/2 years ago and I will not be getting a nissan again from here.
