I appreciate all of the hard work and labor they put into my car; although I wasn’t told how long it would take to fix my transmission. I have work and school so it’s difficult to always get a ride to those places. If a co worker could please let me know about how long a transmission would usually take to fix would be much appreciated:

I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday for a factory recall on my door latch. Got there at 6:45 am and left at 3:20 pm (over 8 hours). What is the purpose of making an appointment and they didn’t have the part. Found out they didn’t have the part mid morning and it would arrive at 12:30. No one offered me a ride home or anything else. Others were offered rides, food from the snack bar etc. not me. After talking to my son at 3:00, I talked to the manager. The last visit I had with Aaron McBride was so pleasant and this one not so much. Manager gave me a free service but people were waiting a few hours for that too so is very frustrating.
