Had a terrible experience. My truck was there for 4 days and all i got was a energetic fix it list for around 3 k. No one on your team can tell me what was wrong with my truck. No one explained anything to me. It was worthless. My truck just sat there for 4 days. Then i get there, no one knew where my truck was. It said i had a car wash and a 30 point inspection. Definitely not a car wash, and no evidence of a 30 point inspection. I am very disappointed. I will be leaving a review and telling everyone what a joke midway is. Ill never bring my truck there again ill also never buy another chevy, because no one can figure out the problem. Thank you for following up with me.

Not really any issues with the dealership, more with Ford as a company. I paid $3000+ a few years ago for my transmission to be rebuilt by Grapevine Ford, now a few years later I'm being told I need a new one for $7000+ Clearly Ford has an issue with the 6R80 transmisson they are ignoring, based on the 3 Raptor forums I post on, I see nothing but other guys saying how horrible their transmission shifts in their Raptors. I guess if I had any issues it would be with the suggested repairs, serpentine belt was on there when I just replaced it, also suggested my spark plugs be replaced, those were also changed, by you guys recently. I feel like someone who has no knowledge of vehicles definitely gets taken advantage of when they see lists like this.
