Felisca was great & tint people broke cell car mount without informing Midway. Feliscia did clearly see the broken device, called Gary CS Manager, I reordered online right there. I showed the item was on sale & Felisca wrote down the amount & said she would make sure a Midway refund check would be mailed to immediately. That is taking responsibility & doing the right thing.
