His information is reliable as well as the expectations he provides. Even when things don’t go quite as expected he has already set into motion a temporary fix that is quite acceptable, while never taking his eye off the final solution.

For service and a check up wasn't ready till 5 and they call me and said they couldn't pick me up to get my car i said how about tomorrow he said nope we can't we are super busy i said how I'm i supposed to pick up my car he said i don't know.
