I had a basic oil change done on my car and the service rep wanted to charge me $90 for it. When I received the inspection statement online the cost said $49.95
When I addressed him with this, it seemed like he was making up excuses as to why I was being overcharged for such a basic service. This is the third time that I have had an issue at this dealership. I won’t be coming back.
