Service manager not the one I was told to see. Forgot to write "waiting" on ticket. Took 2 hours for basic service. Car had greasy fingerprints on hood and drivers door and was not washed although the ticket said it had been. Later found that wheel lug nuts were not properly torqued. Shows carelessness. I am disappointed.
