This was my first time at Midway, for an oil change, and I felt lost. My parents know Daniel but I had no idea who he was or what he looked like. While I was waiting another guy helped me out and got me started. I know it may be hard to figure this out but it would be helpful to get updates about your car. I was told it was going to take an hour, it took over 2 hrs. I have no problem about how long it took because I would rather they take their time and make no mistakes. Instead of rushing and have things go or wrong or missed. I had to ask a couple of people if my car was done. Other than that, it was great! Big waiting room with coffee and I, especially, liked how Daniel and the other guy in his office were helpful.They explained other services that I needed to get done and they even emailed & texted it to me. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain what this, even Courtesy Chevrolet never did this.
