I purchased a certificate pre owed 2016 Rogue on December 10, 2019 in Duarte. Turns out it had some issues that weren’t covered at the Cerritos store. I had to drive back to Duarte Nissan and they will make the repairs and give me a loaner. to make it right. I assumed, and shouldn’t have, that Nissan stands behind their vehicle regardless of where it was purchased. I assumed that Nissan is Nissan as Costco is Costco no matter where you go. Lesson learned....

Hugh helped me. He was great! My truck was in because of a seatbelt recall. Warranty work needed to be done. So all this work done for free.
Robert called me to say the truck was done and did great during surgery. Then decided to upsale me on an oil change service and tire rotation. It's my lucky day, and they're only having specials that expire on an oil change today. I was expecting this call. No way u could let me get outta there without making some money! The truck was due for service anyways and I knew this. So why not! When I picked up my vehicle Hugh was there to greet me. I'm glad we met and he took care of me while I was there and I appreciate the services. When he showed me the bill. I freaked internally and said what is that about?! He said he just didn't adjust it yet. After he did, u still had to pay $78. I'm sorry but that's still alot. You charged me for additives and fuel injector stuff! The seatbelt recall fix put a hole in my upholstery and its squeaky! I never said anything to anyone. Maybe this will make you do a better job and I'll feel like a vented.
