Hugo did fine but whoever was the technician did not let anyone know they could not find my wheel lock key so they did not rotate the wheels. I was waiting in the lounge. I could have told someone where they were. Unfortunately no one told my advisor. He told me everything was done. I didn’t notice it was t done till I got home and was filing my paper work. First time there and was hoping to continue service there but I am not sure know. Communication is key.

Your customer lounge is getting a little shabby. I have had good experience with my Fiat 500X, but poor with my Dodge Sprinter. You like any Dodge dealer are getting rusty with Sprinters; time to switch to Mercedes for Sprinter service.
