Took almost 4 hours to activate a wireless key. The representative said it will take two hours. I go back after two hours and he said it was going to take another 1.5 hours. When I got my car back the front license plate was bent.

I booked an online appointment for a recall and an oil change .. when I got there kenneth informed me very rudely that I needed to have the coupon to honor the oil change I asked why does it state that online when I booked my appointment and he told me that it was going to be 60 to do my oil change .. I gracefully declined and said it was bs because it is. He said no its not we are very professional and we do business well all while being smart and belligerent.. I didnt ask to speak to a manager because this is not the first time ive had a problem with cerritos nissan. So when I went back to get my car after the recall got fixed with no oil change he was on the phone so I didnt interrupt him.. I politely waited and he watched me just stand there and didnt say anything.. so when I walked him he said whats up. im here to get my car sir , he says oh yeah .. I said yeah they sent a text saying it was ready .. He said no I sent a text saying it was ready . okay and ? whoever sent a text while you just watching me stand there and dont offer to assist me knowing my vehicle is done. I was very displeased with his service and cerritos nissan period once again .. I will not be going back there .. He was a smart **** rude representative.

I get that GM had shut down their plants do to the strikes but to be left without a car for 2 weeks until I final demand one is unacceptable. I had to call in and get update even after leaving 2 to 3 messages. I would have rather know the whole story up front instead of empty promises and then blaming someone else like the shipping or the factory. Bc I get told by the guys in auto rental or sales that the service guys knew all of this and I felt deceived instead of informed.
