Hugo was great keeping me informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle awesome job with that. Very pleased with everything he did. The only thing I didn’t notice which is not a direct result of anything Hugo did was I found four bolts That were not put back on the from my vehicle on the consul of my vehicle I tried to call and talk to someone but never got through. They were just left off the dash of my vehicle so now I have bolts that are not replaced on my Chevy Colorado. But this is not a direct result of anything Hugo has done he was an amazing at what he did at his job.The boss was a direct result of your technicians.

You need a real car wash like the other dealers. Mine was washed today, but it was a horrible job. Dirt still on passenger door. Aside from that, everything was great - especially the service.
