The customer service rep named Shawn was fine. But...
Besides diagnosing the problem I brought the car in for, your tech suggested some other services. One of those was an oil change. I’d had the oil changed by another dealership less than 300 miles ago. There was even a sticker in the window saying as much. How often does that work? That you get to extract $60 from someone for something so obviously unneeded? Not a good way to foster trust in your service department.

I brought the truck in for some warranty repair but I had to keep asking for updates. The truck was left without any work done for days and I had to push the dealership to communicate with the warranty company multiple times. When I sent an email with all the parties involved to try to streamline the communication, I was removed from the email communication. Overall I’m hoping that this isn’t a normal experience.

Why were the windshield wipers so expensive. When on the GM parts websit I found the same part number and part for only 17$ when I got charged about 33$ just for one blade. I paid 69$ for the two blades I m still looking for where the other two blades since I paid in total for 4 of those parts.
