As always Mike Doyan was courteous and professional. Although this is not the closest Jeep dealer we drive in from New River to have our Jeep serviced by Mike and Airpark.

Jason has been my service advisor for several years. Recently I have had a couple of problems with my car and they weren't fixed and my calls were unanswered. After a month of the issue not being addressed I called the service manager to try to get resolve. Jason appeared to be quite unhappy when he saw me in the service dept today. When you do not get answers and your calls and texts go unanswered it leaves you with the feeling your business is not appreciated or even welcomed sadly. This last month and a half has been different service from Jason, he told me that chrysler told them to find another 2011 jeep overland to compare with mine and Jason said that was impossible. He told me that he had a solution to the problem over a week ago and I had waited to hear back from him and still no word. This was extremely disappointing only after reaching out to Sean the manager my car is now in the shop again.
